TREE
We desire partnerships with school’s
that produce
Healthy Spirituality, Healthy Community & Healthy Purpose
Because of the Generocity Fund we are able to employ 8 Youth Workers.
(We have the most youth workers in all the Doxa Deo Campuses)
This enables us to do the following: Serve 10 schools on a weekly basis (12 school visits per week).
Reach 700 scholars on a weekly basis.
Through worship events, leadership investments, UCSA weeks & camps
we reach nearly 9000 scholars from 15 different schools.
We annually host a Youth Global Leadership Summit to impact, inspire and activate the young leaders of our city.
Each year we also minister to the teachers of 10 schools in Bloemfontein through teacher investments, health checks, team building events and much more.
Tree has a strong connection with the City Youth of Bloem.
Because of good relationships with different churches in the city we are able to include other church leaders and bands to serve the city with us.
FAITH:
We are trusting for greater impact into the wider communities connected to our school’s.
We also trust for more youth workers & partners to serve the growing need of school’s in Bloemfontein.

internship programme
Over the last 3 years we've had the privilege of journeying with some amazing friends who joined our Internship Program.
Some have since found their place in the kingdom through work opportunities, and others have become part of our full-time team.
Our internship program is designed to help young people understand
and pursue their calling.
They get the opportunity to journey alongside the full-time team for a year, take part in our meetings, events and outreaches.
They get to learn how church works by serving with us on a day-to-day basis and gain skill by serving in the studio, tech team and in our various ministry teams.
Meaningful investment at the city changers equipping program, attending the Nex Gen Conference in Pretoria and quality time with key leaders in our campuses. By working hard, giving of their time, and opening themselves up to the team, they grow in maturity and faith.
One of the biggest areas that they are part of, is our TREE program.
This is where they get practical ministry and leadership experience.
Tree gives them a safe space where they can first watch and learn, and then step out and start leading, ministering, and moving by faith.
TREE is vital in how we raise up young leaders for fulltime ministry or kingdom minded work.
